Update
I left you hanging, faithful readers. I saw the aforementioned Harry Potter a week ahead of my North American friends and failed to review it. I don't know what I can say really, other than it is fantastic and I have to see it again soon! Most of the characters ended up on the cutting room floor to make room for the main story - maybe not faithful to the books, but yeah for someone who can actually edit!In other news, I took a very short holiday to Scotland. Spent 2 days reliving my Uni days in Edinburgh, and then took a whirlwind driving tour of the rest: Edinburgh - Oban - Glenfinnan - Newtonmore - Edinburgh. 500 miles with me as the sole driver. Talk about road trip. I will be quite happy to not drive for a while.
